The Festival events will be divided between Nalchik and Chegem. The official opening takes place on November 4th at the Cultural centre “The Acropol” with an exhibition of children’s paintings “Spring of talent”. The aim of the Festival is to encourage and bring to light talented, creative youngsters. The Festival will end on November 10th.
