On December 16^th the Head of the Government of Kabardino-Balkaria met with the Honoured artist Muhadin Kishev together with his wife, Jacqueline Diana Moss. Kazbek Kokov congratulated him on his 80^th birthday and presented the artist with the certificate of Honour of Kabardino-Balkaria in recognition of his enormous contribution to Fine Art in his country.
